Every order is packed by hand in Los Angeles. Free standard US shipping on orders $100+.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2–3 business days. Launch-day and limited drops can take up to 5 business days while we work through volume.
United States
Standard (USPS / UPS Ground): 3–7 business days. Free on orders $100+, otherwise $8 flat.
Express (2-day): calculated at checkout.
International
We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout and typically deliver in 7–21 business days. Duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility and are collected by your local carrier.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your label is scanned. If tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email us and we'll chase the carrier.
Where your money goes
10% of every order's proceeds is sent to vetted relief partners for the chapter you bought from. Shipping fees are pass-through and are not part of that calculation.
