Returns & exchanges
30 days from delivery on unworn pieces with original tags attached.
How to start
Email help@nphmarket.com with your order number and the piece you'd like to return or exchange. We'll send a return label and instructions within one business day.
What we accept
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags, returned in their original packaging. Exchanges for a different size are free within the US while stock lasts.
What we can't accept
Final-sale items, bundle sets that have been partially worn, and anything returned after 30 days. Limited-drop pieces may be exchange-only — this is noted on the product page.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Donations already sent to our relief partners are never clawed back from a refund — that portion is covered by us.
